PURCHASING A FREDRICOS CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL

Bringing a puppy into your home is a significant commitment that requires careful consideration and thorough preparation. Our placement process is structured to ensure the best possible homes for our puppies. We do not sell a puppy unless a RightPaw application has been submitted, a phone interview has been conducted, all necessary checks have been completed, and we are confident in the suitability of the home. We have high placement standards, and it is the responsibility of prospective owners to clearly and thoroughly convey why they would be a suitable candidate for a Fredricos puppy. If you are serious about welcoming one of our puppies into your family, your application must demonstrate a deep understanding of the commitment involved and align with our expectations. Brief or incomplete applications will not be considered.

We specialise in breeding Ruby and Black and Tan Cavaliers exclusively. We do not breed or maintain a waiting list for Tri-colour or Blenheim puppies. If you are seeking these colours, please research our breeding program before applying, as applications requesting Tri or Blenheim puppies will not be considered and will be rejected. In the rare event that a Tri-colour or Blenheim puppy is born in one of our litters, we may offer them for sale at that time to a carefully selected, approved home on a first-come, first-served basis.

We expect all inquiries to be serious and well-considered. One-line messages such as “How much?” or inquiries about purchasing a puppy as a “surprise gift” will not be acknowledged. Our puppies are placed only in homes where they are truly wanted and will receive lifelong care, love, and commitment. Our expectations are high. Our puppies must be welcomed as part of the family, sleep indoors, and never be left alone outdoors at any time. If you cannot meet these conditions, we respectfully ask that you do not apply.

Our prices range from $4,500 to $5,500, depending on parentage. Puppies from parents who are imports or conceived using imported frozen semen are priced at the higher end of this range due to the significant costs associated with obtaining, transporting quality bloodlines as well as the significant veterinary care and costs involved.

THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A FREDRICOS CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL

Once we have agreed to sell you a puppy, you will be emailed with an offer, at that point we will require a deposit and a purchase contract to be signed.
Please note, for the health and safety of our puppies, visits will not be before the puppies first vaccinations. Prior to this time we will provide weekly updates via RightPaw or Facebook Messenger and can organise a Facetime call at a time suitable to both parties to view the puppies and speak in person.

Show Puppies for ourselves are selected from the litter first and foremost and on the rare occasion, this can take us up to 8 weeks to decide exactly which one we want to run on, especially if we are torn between two.
We have many years experience matching families to our puppies and once we have decided who we intend to run on, we will notify families of the pet quality puppies available.

At times we may have slightly older puppies available whereby on a rare occasion, we may run a puppy on for the show ring only for the puppy to be deemed more of a pet quality than show. These puppies are usually well socialised to the outside world and have some form of training including lead training and basic commands.
